As PatSeer user base grows, we decided a couple of months back that it was time to have a more robust support system. One that is integrated into the PatSeer portal and allow for a on-demand support experience without coming in the way of regular usage. The new Feedback and Support portal that’s gone live this month provides this and a lot more.
